Being punctual is the key
Avoid inconveniences, arrive at the airport well in advance of your flight to make your check in and registration calmly.

Have the documentation at hand
•  Before the check-in and boarding process, have your documentation at hand: valid identity card in case of domestic flights or passport in case of international flights.
•  Adults and children over 10 years old with their legal identification and children under 9 years old with a birth certificate, original and copy must appear at the check-in counter. (If minors do not travel with their legal representative, they must present a notarized authorization from the corresponding government entity).
•  All boys, girls and adolescents who travel unaccompanied must present their original and valid permit on domestic flights and on international flights, the permit must be notarized, in case of traveling alone or with one of their parents.

Check of your luggage
•  Please keep carefully the baggage check that was issued to you at check-in.
•  Verify that the number of stubs received matches the number of pieces that were invoiced.

In case of emergencies
•  If the passenger is not going to travel, they must change the date of their flight 72 hours before its departure and must pay a penalty for the change.
•  In case of no-show on the day and time of the trip, it will be considered a “no show”. In order to enjoy your ticket, you must pay a penalty subject to company policies.
